-GST as applicable will be charged extra on the above rate.
-All the products are having MRP inclusive of all taxes.
-All supplies are made on advance pay basis. The transportation / freight will be paid by the customer.
-Goods once sold will not be taken back. Its non-returnable basis. Expiry will not be settled/ paid back on the discounted rate or scheme.
-Rates are changeable depending on market hence NET RATE, PTS, PTR and MRP will be revised time to time.
-Consignment will be insured on customer's request and the charges incurred for the same will be charged extra.
-For invoicing xerox copies are required: 1- Firm's DL No. 2- FSSAI No. 3- GSTIN No. 4- PAN No. 5- Email 6- Mobile No. 7- Address 8- Key person name.
-Company reserved the right to execute or deny any order.
